Hair braiders from all over the United States owes a great debt of gratitude to the proprietor of Braids By SaBrina, SaBrina Fisher-Reece, who along with the American Hairbraiders & Natural Haircare Association, (AHNHA) was very instrumental in fighting off legislation to require that hair braiders become licensed as Cosmetologist.

After an exhausting 2 year court battle SaBrina's tenacity paid off and she championed the cause to get hair braiders exempt from being licensed as Cosmetologist.
